October 30th from 5:30 - 7:30pm!

The Fall Festival is a favorite Fairhill community event and fundraiser for the PTA. There will be games, music, and lots of fun for the whole family.

If you'd like to help, we're looking for volunteers to help on site or you can make a donation to the PTA .

We also welcome donations of single-serve chips and drinks, which can be dropped off at the school office anytime.

2026 Fairhill Fall Festival FAQs

What is the Fairhill Fall Festival? A fun community-building event at Fairhill on October 30, 5:30-7:30pm. It is a fundraiser for the Fairhill PTA that is run by volunteers.

What activities are included?

We have a fun lineup of carnival games and other activities!

The list includes:

○ Carnival Games – Down a Clown, Fish-In-A-Bowl, Ring A Bottle, Tic Tac Toe, Anti Gravity, Balloon Darts, Super World, The Ringer (in the Gym)

○ Obstacle Course (in the Gym)

○ Fright Walk (on the Stage)

○ Chorus performance (in the Cafeteria, 6:15-6:30pm)

○ Magician performance (in the Cafeteria, 6:30-7pm)

○ Fun House (in the Library)

○ DJ-led games and dancing (in the Library)

○ Balloon animals (in a Hallway)

○ Glitter tattoos (in the Art Room)

○ And More!

Is there a fee for entry?

There is a flat fee of $10 for each kid over 4 years old. There is no entry fee for adults. All the activities other than the food are included. This is a PTA fundraiser so we encourage you to help make the event a success.

What types of payment are accepted?

Cash & credit cards are accepted the night of the event. We encourage you to bring cash if possible.

Is the Fall Festival friendly for younger children who aren’t in school yet?

Yes! There are many activities that younger kids can enjoy that are just right for them. This includes the Fun House, balloon animals, glitter tattoos, a musical performance by the chorus, and more.

Can I wear my Halloween costume?

Yes, of course!

How do I participate in the pumpkin carving contest?

At the beginning of the event, bring your carved pumpkin from home, and see the volunteer & tables in the main hallway (“Friendly Lane”). Your pumpkin will be displayed & voted on. There will be prizes for the categories of Best Overall, Most Creative, & Scariest. The prizes are great (Chick-Fil-A and Ben & Jerry’s gift certificates and more), so we encourage you to participate! You can take your pumpkin home with you at the end of the event.

Can I bring friends who don’t go to Fairhill?

Yes, the Fall Festival is a community event and open to anyone in our community who would like to attend.

How can I donate to help support this event & the Fairhill PTA?

Thanks for considering helping! You can volunteer your time to help run the event, donate single serve chips & drinks to be sold at the event (please drop them at Fairhill's front office rather than sending them into a classroom), or make a donation to the PTA.

Please come ready to have fun and bring positive attitudes for the volunteers running the event as well as all the students and their families who come to enjoy the event.
